Rev. & Mrs. Stanley Grabill
Stanley and his wife, Sandra, are the parents of three children, Denver (married to Brittany), Heidi, and Jenna. Stanley grew up in Kansas and became a Christian at age 16. Shortly afterward he experienced God’s call to preach the gospel. He graduated from Allegheny Wesleyan College in 1995 and pastored in Franklin, Ohio 1996-2000. In 2000, the Grabills came to Salem to be the assistant pastor and served the church in that way for two years. In 2002 when the senior pastor retired, he became the senior pastor and has been so since that time.
“We are pleased to make ourselves available to you, knowing that the God we serve cares for people and their many needs. We pray for God’s presence and cherish the times that He draws especially near. It would be our delight for you and your family to join us. We look forward to seeing you soon.”
– Stanley Grabill, pastor
What We Believe
We believe that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God, the only authoritative guide for faith and practice.
We believe in one eternal, almighty God who exists in a trinity of persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe in regeneration, a work of the Holy Spirit by which the pardoned sinner becomes a child of God; this work is received through faith in Jesus Christ, whereby the regenerate are delivered from the power of sin which reigns over all the unregenerate, so that they love God and through grace serve Him with the will and affections of the heart.
We believe in entire sanctification, a second definite work of grace wrought in the heart by the Holy Spirit, subsequent to regeneration. The evidence of this experience is not any supernatural gift, but an inner witness that the heart has been cleansed from sin.
We believe that the person who belongs to Christ will show a transformed life by separation from all evil and from worldly practices and attitudes.
We believe the mission of the Church is to take the Gospel Message to the world and to lead people into a personal relationship with Christ.
We believe that Christ will personally return to this earth according to His own promise.
